(I had no idea how long this was going to be… sorry guys! I hope you will still read this! This has to be my best posting.)

Hello everyone, just thought I should post again giving an update of what has been happening recently and just an update is what is coming in the future. A lot is coming for the future.

Sadly, school starts here again in a little under two weeks. In this time I will be spending as much time as possible with family, friends, and my girlfriend. I will be also preparing some for school so that will be taking some of my time. I will continue to work on my projects and work on the computer when I am around and also play Halo 3 sometimes. Basically I have just been spending time with them though and I threw a small party for us on Saturday day. Also, around my home I am working on cleaning up both my work environment of my room and computer.

So, what have I been up to when I am around on the computer? I would like to announce that I have a new project management system. There are four parts to it. This is one part where I give a complete status update pertaining to my projects and other stuff. Next is the public forums. The public forums are a new section of the website where all data for these projects is stored. They are located here: http://alendar.net/forum/index.php Next is a private system which no one will know about except very important people and trustworthy. Lastly is the data storage folder on my local hard drive which holds all project data for these projects. Most of it is public already. The last part that will be added is SourceForge or Google Code page (still debating) these will be for my programming projects since I am 100% open source because I believe open source is good because if I stopped working on the project, if someone wanted to make their modifications, or if someone wanted to learn off of the code to see how things work.

We will start with the Master Projects since they have the highest priority.

The first project is titled “The New Society Project”. This is a plan to help my community and the planet in hope of a better society. Right now, I am starting with myself, ways I can help by myself. For example, I can start going green by myself and it will help. Then hopefully it will influence my family and friends so they will help then their family and friends, etc. I am also finding ways to save money because of the rough time in our economy. Once we get a good group working then we will work together to fight for our cause. I am still looking for links to website that support things such as fighting world hunger, going green, and other things that will help everyday problems. The second project is titled “Remastering and New Learning Project”. This project is where I am remastering and learning new coding/programming languages. Currently I am still learning C/C++. I then will learn/remaster C#, Java, J#, JavaScript, VB6, VB.NET, VBScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL/SQL, AJAX, and Python. My plans are to become certified for all of these languages. I am currently ordering two books which are titled: C++ The Complete Reference By Herbert Schildt and C++ Programming Fundamentals By Chuck Easttom. If anyone has any tutorial suggestions or book suggestions please post in the comments below.

Now, lets start with categories.

One of the first categories is Battle.net. Currently on Battle.net I am still into the development end of Battle.net and how the chat environment works. I am also learning how the gaming environment works. I still work closely with StealthBot and I am very happy that development of StealthBot 2.7 has been taken over by Frozen. I am very supportive of Frozen and I will help him in whatever way possible. I am still making plugins for StealthBot but they have been put on hold since I will not be making any coding/programming projects until the Remastering and New Learning Project is finished. I will also be making a bot and a CHAT client but those are also on hold. I am also starting to game again on Battle.net. First off, I will probably make maps again for StarCraft. Though I need to update the tools I use and reeducate myself in the map makaing process. On Diablo II I am just getting started again and I will be needing help getting started. I will be making a character on the USWest and USEast realms both non-ladder and ladder. I will be also starting up free services for these servers. I will provide free rushing, leveling, quests, way points, and any other requests besides free items. I am also getting into WarCraft III and learning how the game works. I may eventually learn how to make maps for WarCraft III as well. Also, I will get into modifying for all three of these games. Modifying is basically making conversions of the game. Where you can make different goals or change how the playable units look.

I may start my own small server sooner or later for friends.

Next is Xbox 360 + Xbox Live. There isn’t much going on here yet except for the fact that I am new to this community. I plan on learning on how I can develop for it more. Also, I only own Halo 3 right now but I am going to get some other games soon. I just recently started a team with three of my friends I know from real life and we are training and hope to be featured in MLG Pro some day. We go by Team Blind Destruction. I will also be offering services on Halo 3. I will help you beat missions and I will help you get the achievements in campaign mode. (Not in any ranked matches) I also will probably get into Forging on Halo 3 and making maps on Halo 3. Also, maybe some machinima? We will just have to wait and see. Next we have the website. As you already know I added the forum for my projects but I have also added a information and legal page found here http://alendar.net/information.html and I re-added the Contact Me page in the links bar at the top. One of the Alendar 2.0 projects is to completely drop AlendarThePwner and either be known as JosephW (with a possible 93) or Alendar. So I will be changing my IM addresses soon. I also added the ShareThis plugin so now you can share my postings with everyone! (Look at the bottom of this posting for the ShareThis icon.) I also will be W3C authorizing my website. I will be getting a status page of what I am currently doing and other random stuff. Lastly I will be getting an IRC chat room for my website on a well known IRC network. I am also working on joining many social networking sites. I will be doing this over the next few weeks. If you know of one post it in the comments.

Lastly we have my projects. All have different varieties and most of which are on hold due to Remastering and New Learning Project. We have an IRC client I am making. A Code Index for storing codes. A dynamic signature image which will have some interesting data. A plugin database for StealthBot plugins. A photo, video, and music gallery. A quote database to store funny and interesting quotes and a status system for your current mood and project and possibly more! I am also working on finding a remote desktop tool so I can help people remotely with my projects and other problems. I am also getting into my families genealogy but that is more a personal thing and won’t be talked about.

Alendar and Joseph W 2.0 is basically this. Everything I do. Me being awesome. I will continue to work like this and make improvements. You’ll hear more about this later probably.

As of Friday, July 25, I got my Xbox 360 and Xbox Live. With that I got Halo 3. I have been kind of playing since then and not paying much attention to the computer. (Sorry! For not being on the computer but Halo 3 is additicing!) Though I have been hanging out with friends, my girlfriend, and my family, so don’t think I am that addicted. Anyhow, as for my project statuses. I am still working on all my coding/programming projects but I am still in the process of remastering and learning new coding/programming languages. I have three friends helping me with that project and giving me advice as I go on learning the new coding languages. I have started off by learning C/C++ and then I will learn C#. As I have been told once you learn the C coding language you can pretty much learn any coding language. (Though these projects have become a lesser priority (See below))

I am having a fast redirection of focus on my projects and just made researching world problems and stuff happening in the world a very high priority on my list. Since the economy is failing, I will be starting there and hoping to find ways we can fix where we have gone wrong. My focus after that is the climate crisis and going green. Other things I will be focusing on as well is world hunger and cancer. Hello, it’s been a little while since I posted so I thought I would give everyone a brief update on what is happening. I got out of school back in June and I have been really enjoying my summer. I have hanging out with my family, girlfriend, and friends a lot so I have been pretty busy. I also have been doing other odds and ends of things so I have been just all over the place. Though I have had sometime to spend on here to take care of things and just hang out for a little while. I still have a lot of projects going and I am looking forward to get some of them done when I am around. One of my friends has offered to help me when needed so I am hoping to get somethings done while still being with my friends. A good amount of my projects are programming and web design projects. I have decided before either starting or continuing these projects that I will remaster all of the coding/programming languages I know as well as learn some new ones. On the Battle.net community I am still working with the StealthBot community and providing tech support when I am around. I am also making some new plugins and I will be remaking some as I remaster Visual Basic Script and some other languages used in my plugins. One of my plugins actually ports everything (excluding whispers) to a MySQL database and then can be accessed on a web page. I am also working on learning the protocols of Battle.net and the other connection methods of Battle.net. In the future I plan to make a bot to connect to Battle.net. I have already start a basic Telnet client that formerly connected to Battle.net but can now only connect to a server emulation of Battle.net known as PvPGN. I am also debating on whether or not I should continue map making for StarCraft. If I do it would be only when I feel like taking a break from everything else and/or I am extremely bored. This website is progressing a long nicely. I still have some little things to take care of but it now looks good in both Internet Explorer and Firefox. I am working on building a project page for project management and a status page for my status and other odds and ends of things. I would like to create an affiliate system possibly so that I can affiliate with good friends and other websites. I also got new web hosting provided by LunarPages and I also now own the domain http://josephw.net which redirects to here. With my new hosting I got e-mail services too which I will be working on. Sooner or later I would like to get an IRC chat room for Alendar.net so that regulars can chat. Throughout the web I am also joining more social networks as I find them or hear of them. One thing I hope to do soon is start live streaming since I just won a web cam from Zane Savage on Thursday evening. I should be getting that soon and I hope to start soon. Another project I am working on is an IRC chat client for people to use. I will continue working on that once I remaster and learn some new languages. I will soon be researching and l will be posting more on conservation, world hunger, cancer, and other everyday things in the world that need to be taken care as a whole world. I also have a few projects in mind for this. My last comment is I have a lot of old or unfinished coding projects which will also be recoded and posted soon. Hello everyone!

Welcome back to my blog. Right now I have a lot going on and I have been very busy lately but I am going to try to keep up with this stuff. As you can see I have the new WicketPixie theme on my blog. This theme is made special for people involved in the social media/networking area and helps them manage it better and allows people to keep track of them in one place. In a couple of weeks I shall be getting out of school for the summer and will have a little more time to spend on here and work when I am not hanging out with family, friends, or my girlfriend I am going to try to update stuff here. Later I will post a more in depth post on how I am doing but until then I am just going to continue working on the site and work out as many bugs as possible especially on IE.

FreeRice.com is a website in which you can guess what a word means. For every word that you guess correctly 20 grains of rice will be donated through the UN’s World Food Program. I have just heard about this and just started playing it. I find this to be a great way to help out ending world hunger.
